I accidentally deleted my premium site
-
How can I undo this? I see the website is still working but I can’t access my site on WordPress.com.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Can you give us the URL of your premium site to review further?
Also, do note that if you’ve completed the whole deletion process for this website, then unfortunately it’ll most likely be impossible to restore the website as site deletions are permanent. WordPress.com will have already issued a few warnings and confirmations before the site is deleted.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thanks,

Hi There,
If you have deleted your site, do not fret, There is help at hand. Firstly though, when you click on the My Sites button at the top left of your screen, what do you get? If you don’t see your site click switch site and it will give you a list of sites that are on your account. If you see the site select it and then you should be good to go.
If however you have deleted the site take a look at here and that should help you out.
Let me know how you go :)

My apologies,
I was mistaken and as @iamgideonkoh said if the site is completely deleted you may e out of luck, take a look to make sure you have note deleted the site though.

ighomesolutions.com
I don’t mind if I can’t get the content completely restored because there wasn’t too much on it but I payed for the premium package, I should not be losing that unless I get a refund
-
As the support page says for reference.
“Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com).”

If I lost my premium subscription then yes I would like a refund but if I can have it restored then I would like to keep my domain and premium wordpress account…

The thread has been tagged for a staff member to help you out.
Good luck with everything

Hello there, while we are waiting for Staff to reply, looking at the WHOIS for ighomesolutions.com, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers, but is hosted by Unified Layer
Exactly what Premium upgrade did you sign up for on WordPressdotcom?
-
It was earlier in the year but I believe I signed up on WordPress and Bluehost. I am not sure, someone would have to look at my account but I paid about $260 at the time.
-
WordPress comes in two flavors: the fully hosted WordPress.com (where we are), and the self-hosted version, whose software is available for free at WordPress.org
There is no upgrade plan on WordPressdotcom that costs $260.
It sounds to me like you had your standalone ORG site connected to the dashboard here via jetpack.
All in all, I suggest that you first contact BlueHost’s support for assistance in recovering your standalone ORG site. You may also find solutions for similar issues by searching in the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username there, you can register one on that page.
Standalone WP (ORG) and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are different entities with separate documentation and support forums; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Hi there,
I can confirm what @justjennifer said above. ighomesolutions.com is not a WordPress.com site, but that domain is both registered and hosted with Bluehost, and you don’t own any upgrades at all on WordPress.com.
Please contact Bluehost support for help with that site, as we don’t have any access to it to help you.
