Hi there,
It looks like there’s still some issues with your site. If I try to visit your domain it takes me to https://www.maasaixchange.org/ which gives a security warning, which points to a problem with your SSL certificate. And the Jetpack debugger at https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=https://www.maasaixchange.org/ gives an error that it can’t communicate with your site due to a problem with XML-RPC. You’ll first need to fix these issues before you’ll be able to reconnect Jetpack.
Please contact your hosting provider directly for help with that. You can also ask for advice in the WordPress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but both SSL and XML-RPC are managed by your host, so they’re really the best people to help with this.
Once everything is working again (specifically, that Jetpack Debugger page I linked to above shouldn’t be showing any more errors) log into your WP-Admin dashboard on the site directly.
Click on Jetpack in the dashboard menu and reactivate it. Once you activate it, you should see a prompt to connect to your WordPress.com account. Just follow those steps to reconnect, and the site will show up in your WordPress.com account again.
