I accidentally overwrote my actual post with a draft from my cell phone app. The one before this one was like 700 words and was labeled Smart goal vs Tactics, Strategies and goals.

Hi there,
Do you mean the draft post just titled “Smart Goals”? That’s the only current draft on your site, and I don’t see any post or page matching the title you provided above.
To restore a previous version of a post, edit it under My Site ->Posts, and click on Revisions in the editor sidebar. If the content you’re missing does not appear in one of the revisions there, it means it was never saved to our servers. In that case, I’m afraid there’s no way to get it back.
