  I accidentally upgraded my account and then went an bought a custom theme for it only to realize I need to go somewhere else to host a domain name and make it into a wordpress.ORG site and upload my theme.

  Is there anyway to get a refund of my money? I’ve had the site less than 2 hours.

  Absolutely! You can go to Store -> My Upgrades to cancel and refund your purchase.
