I accidently erased my post while only trying to edit the post. Can you help

  I accidentally erased my post while only trying to edit the post. I tried to change a broken link and add a new one, and that caused the entire post to disappear except for one paragraph. It is not in the trash, it was from a trip I made in 2008, very meaningful to me. https://jimmieanna.wordpress.com/2008/10/27/back-in-time/
