I accidently trashed my blog and can't retrieve it?

I made a really good blog and shared it on FB but went to find it today and all the text had changed. I deleted that version thinking it would revert to my previous one but it trashed and now cannot be found ?

Sounds wonderful it was a one off piece of writing I was so pleased with and used WordPress for the first time yesterday. I will learn to keep a copy now I know

I just spent several hours on a great blog. As I was typing I hit something other than caps lock (not sure what keys I hit) and the entire thing disappeared. I thought there was an autosave feature but I can’t find any. Please help with theramblingtexan.wordpress.com

You can find all of your trashed posts in your dashboard here:
https://wordpress.com/posts/trashed
You can restore posts from there to recover them. (Posts stay in the trash for 30 days after you trash them, and after that they are deleted permanently, so be sure to restore any posts you might like to keep!)
