  Hello!

  If I visit your website pastmakesperfect.wordpress.com it appears as if you do have a header picture for your site.
  In terms of your font you cannot change the style of it but you can change the color: Dashboard–>Appearance–>Header.
  Make sure you also save it by scrolling to the bottom.
  You should be prompted by a preview that shows you what the new header looks like.
  Can you confirm that you got a preview?
