The reason the site is showing as “Free” and you can no longer see it is likely because the plan was purchased under your client’s individual account rather than the shared “site entity,” or the plan has not been “activated” by performing a hosting action like installing a plugin. When a client purchases a plan themselves, the ownership of the site often shifts to their account; you will need your client to go to Users > Add New in their dashboard and re-invite you as an Administrator to regain visibility in your own profile. Once you are back in, if the plan still shows as Free, have the client click “Activate” on the banner at the top of their dashboard or attempt to install any plugin, which triggers the provisioning of the Business hosting environment and should resolve the “contact support” access error.

“Ah, that makes sense—sounds like the plan got tied to the client’s individual account instead of the shared site entity. Have them re-add you as an Admin under Users > Add New, and if it still shows as Free, they’ll need to click ‘Activate’ or install a plugin to trigger the Business plan provisioning. Should sort it out! 🛠️“
