I ADDED S TO ‘HTTP’ HELP

    I added ‘s’ to http. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO NOW. I was informed that I had to create another website. but, I want to do it through WordPress and I am not seeing anything.

    Hi there,

    You did this under Settings ->General in WP-Admin, right?

    Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another host.

    Changing the domain on a stand-alone WordPress site like yours has to follow a specific process. You can find the documentation for that process here, though many hosting providers have their own process for this via their hosting control panel.

    Depending on your setup, you might be able to fix this yourself using those instructions. If not, please contact your hosting provider directly for help.

    Once you’re able to access your site again, you’ll also need to follow your host’s process for adding an SSL certificate to your site so it will load over https.
