I added VodPod and can’t get rid of it.

I can’t even find how I added it. I m either blind or I can’t see but looked on Dashboard and everywhere else to find out how I turned it on. I want it gone. Instead in the side bar I want a subject list of all my topics so a user does not have to scroll from page to page. we also wanta place to add our own videos although I can just set them as a category and just include them into the post entries. But help me get rid of the vodpod. Please.

It’s easy to remove. Here are the steps:
1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Click “Presentation” then “Widgets.”
3. Just drag the Vodpod Videos widget off of your sidebar, back into the “available widgets” area.
4. Click “save changes” button and poof, it’s gone. Just like that!

When you drag widgets to get rid of them, they very often don’t “take” in the widget box below unless you put them in exactly the right place. In my experience that’s the top left-hand corner; you’ll know you’ve got it right when the other widgets move around to make room. Then you can let go.

Your response helps a lot. I’ve been trying to take off some widgets. I’ve been dragging and dropping my little heart out, and they won’t stay put in available widgets. Now I’m off to try the top left-hand corner.
