  What is the URL of the site?
  Which username account registered it?
  What did you pay for?
  When did you pay for it?
  Do you see a record of your payment on your Billing History page?

  There aren’t any upgrades connected to this user account. I suspect this is why you’ve been prompted to pay again. The transaction is likely under a different user account.

  Please share the details requested by timethief and I can help look at this a bit further.
