I allowed a developer access to the site but he was a fraudster; (Morgan Salt);upon leaving, he trashed the site how can I regain access? the site name has changed (glamourwives.co.uk) and so has my email; It is now (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
