  I already cancelled the renewal plan on 2021/2/10, but I got a new purchase receipt on 2021/3/12 but I never did this purchase. Please cancel it and refund. Thanks.

  You can request cancellation and refund from the Manage Purchases page. Otherwise, please contact support.

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
