  Hello,

  you can set up your blog with the Free WordPress plan, but unfortunately, you cannot add the custom domain to it.
  With Free plan, only WordPress subdomain is allowed.
  You need to get one of the paid plans in order to add custom domain.
  You will get the domain free with it, but if you already have one, you can map it and point it to your blog.
