  I already have a domain name that I paid for on godaddy. how does that work when creating a site with wordpress? Also my wordpress keeps trying to show in Euro but I live in the US now. How can I get it to change?!

  Hi there!

  You may use now the domain name that you paid from godaddy by simple mapping it to wordpress. So instead of using your website with wordpress.com extension you may already use the domain name you owned.

  Hi there,

  Create a new site and add any of our paid plans, then you can either map or transfer the domain to that new site. The instructions for mapping are above, and you can find instructions for transferring a domain to us here:

  I’ve also updated your account currency, so you should now see prices in USD.
