  I already signed for Business Plan in October 29. You already charge my credit card. But my account still appears in Free Plan, where is my BUSINESS PLAN features.

  The only upgrade I see in your account is a Site Redirect upgrade for the domain, primiciahonduras.com, which you bought today.

  What is the URL for the site for which you bought a plan?

  Domain name is primiciahonduras.com, We call the bank and say that the debit was made and that the purchase was made.
  But in reality just let me access the free blog of primiciahonduras.wordpress.com.

  The only purchase you made with us is a site redirect for that domain. The site redirect sends traffic from your WordPress.com site, to whatever site is at that domain instead.

  The domain itself, and the Business Plan attached to it, was bought by a different username, primiciahondurashn. If you log in as that username you will see your site with the Business Plan. The account you are using to post here in the forum is not a user on the site for which you bought the plan.
