  i already have a website .The third party build it for me through wordpress,now i cant log in to my account to do changes to my website

  You’re currently logged in to WordPress.com where you probably don’t have any sites under this account. What is the address of the site you’re trying to reach and is it hosted here at WordPress.com? Note: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  That site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com. It is hosted by Stablehost. Can you log out of this account and log back in to your site directly using the correct credentials: https://www.lifeaircare.com/wp-login.php?
  If you’ve forgotten your password perhaps the person who set your site up is the person you should be contacting.

  I change the password by myself and now i am not able to log in .The third party used you to build up my site and i don’t know why i am not able to get an answer from you .

  This is WordPress.com. WordPress.com and Stablehost are two different places where sites can be hosted. The WordPress.org software is free and used at many different hosts. Are you changing your password for this WordPress.com account rather than at the WordPress.org software on Stablehost servers.
