I already have a website

    Hello, I already own a website at Mailchimp. I want to be able to integrate my blogs into my website so that they show.
    I tried to follow the instructions listed. When I mapped my domain, the total was $0. However in the cart, WordPress keeps insisting on including a site in my cart atlantisvibezaselfimprovementpodcast.wordpress.com which I have to pay for, and I also don’t need! I already own a website. Every time I try to remove it from my cart, the whole process is shut down and I have to start over. I can’t get it to work without this malfunction. Please help! Thanks.

    If you want to integrate your wordpress.com blog into another site, you’ll need a site on the wordpress.com platform. That’s why you need atlantisvibezaselfimprovementpodcast.wordpress.com, so it’s not a malfunction.

    Hi @atlantisvibez,

    As stated in the mapping manual,

    To map a domain, you’ll need:
    An upgraded WordPress.com plan on your site (Personal, Premium, Business, or eCommerce.)

    That means at least Personal Plan has to be purchased to have a free domain mapping subscription.
    However when you add a domain mapping, you will automatically be added most popular Premium plan into your cart (Adding Staff to check if that is the case). If you want to continue with Personal plan, you can empty the basket, choose a Personal plan, then quit from checkout and add a domain mapping subscription and then continue in checkout.

    P.s. If your website on Maichimp has to show only a specific content from your website on WordPress.com https://atlantisvibezaselfimprovementpodcast.wordpress.com/episodes/ , then you can consider using iFrames.
