  I already have a website and i’d like to change it to a wordpress site. how can I change my current website to wordpress. How can I use wordpress on my current site? I’d like to revamp the whole site using wordpress but the wordpress site is taking me in circles because I already own the domain name.

  Start with http://learn.wordpress.com. You have to register a whatever.wordpress.com domain first, THEN you buy the domain mapping upgrade to map your domain to the blog here. You can Import your website on the dashboard Tools page.

  Or do you want to have a “WordPress” site on your current server / host? If so you need to get help at WordPress.ORG they are the keepers of the software you would be using if you install “WordPress” on your current host
