How can I integrate a WordPress blog page into a domain I already own? I don’t want to pay for another web domain.
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

I am not sure if I understand the query but let me try to help.
I want to point out that I actually see two Free sites on your WordPress.com account.
If you have a WordPress blog that is hosted with another company and you would like to import it here you could use this option: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/, this is going to override the existing content.
Or, if you just want to import the posts from there you can follow: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-a-sites-content/
If you would like to connect a domain that you already own to a site here you will want to get any paid plan first from Upgrades > Plans.
Then, the domain connection will be for free. You will want to follow https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/.If you have any more questions let me know!
