    I already have a weebly website but would like to change to wordpress, how do i do this?

    Hi there,

    First thing to do before you’ll be able to export your Weebly site is to disable SSL for your site which can be located on your site’s editor under Settings > General. Click on the disable button under SSL.
    Once, it is done, go to the following converter page: http://weeblytowp.com/. Here, you’ll be required to enter your Weebly site address, name and email address. Select WXR export format. You can also choose to include Pages in the export instead of including only posts.
    Now, click on the “Export my Weebly Website” button. You’ll then be able to download the XML file that can be imported to your WordPress.com site.
    Next step is to login in to your WordPress.com account and click on Tools > Import. Click on “Start Import” next to WordPress. Choose the XML file that you’d downloaded earlier.

    Note: This transfer will help you move your posts, pages, comments, media items such as images, videos and embedded files but your theme, custom domain and personal settings will not be transferred.
