    Hi there – I checked your account you used to start this topic and I don’t see any sites on it.

    Could it be possible that you started a WordPress site with another hosting company? If so, I recommend reaching out to whoever you paid for that.

    If you are sure you started that site here on WordPress.com, do you recall the URL of the site you started? If you don’t, do you know if you paid anything for the site? We could use a transaction to help locate the account and site in that case.
