  I just need to see my purchases and account information and I cannot log into wordpress.com using my WP site log in, so I do not know how to check.

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software, hosted at SiteGround.

  Your admin user account for that site is something completely separate and different from your WordPress.com username account, and you cannot use one to log into the other.

  For help with the version of WordPress you’re using on that site, you can ask the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums
