I already have domain with Dream Host. Why do I need to also pay you?

  Hello,
  I’ve never set up a website before. I have my website name and domain paid for on Dream Host. Why do I also need to pay Word Press to create my site?

  While you have purchased a custom domain from Dreamhost, you’ll still need to host your site somewhere. In this case, your southwestvans.wordpress.com site is hosted free on WordPress.com.
