  Can you share more details of what you’re trying to do if you already have a site hosted elsewhere and don’t want a site hosted here at WordPress.com? Do you mean you already have a domain registered elsewhere? If you’re creating a site here at WordPress.com you can either create a new free one with a .blog or .wordpress.com subdomain or you can use your existing domain on a site here by purchasing a Personal plan or higher.
