  Hi, I already own the domain that needs to be used. There’s no option here to submit that to you. Also, I need a scheduling calendar (that accepts payments with Helcim) for customers to book an appointment but must pay with credit card before appointmment is accepted.

  Can you clarify that you’re trying to use that domain here at WordPress.com or are you trying to use that domain on another WordPress site hosted elsewhere?

  It looks like you need to upgrade https://flbsi.wordpress.com/ to a WordPress.com Business plan to connect your domain and use Woocommerce to accept payments.

  I’m looking to use my domain only but host it with WordPress.

  To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  We can only help with and advise with sites hosted here and @themagicrobot is correct; you would need to upgrade to the Business plan in order to use WooCommerce for your site which would give you access to booking/calendar extensions for WooCommerce and be able to process payments for those bookings.
