  There is no history of any upgrades under the WordPress.com account you are contacting us from. You must have another WordPress.com that you made the plan purchase under.

  I was charged on my checking account 96.00 and now I told that there is no history if that. How many Word Press Companies are there?
  Does this mean anything to you?

  You made the account weissherta488 only 2 days ago. That account cannot be connected to a purchase you made long time ago. It’s obvious that purchase was made by another account of yours.
  Do not post sensible info on this public forum, I’ve asked staff to remove your transaction info.
