I already paid $99 annual. Why am I being billed $13 for Domain Mapping?

    I paid $99 this year already. Domain Mapping was supposed to be included. Why am I being billed for $13, And WordPress turned off my videos wordpress site.

    Hi there,

    It appears as if you originally added domain mapping from one WordPress.com account, but added the Premium upgrade via another account. I’ve removed the expired domain mapping from the “old” account.

    Can you now attempt to add domain mapping again via the WordPress.com account with which you added the Premium upgrade? It should work for you now. If it doesn’t get back in touch, and I’ll troubleshoot the issue further.
