  Hi @mabado63, we can help. We do need you to log into the account that’s associated with the upgrade, though. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:

  If you’re having trouble with that, can you please send a link to the site? It should start with https:// and not have any spaces. Typically it’ll end in .com or .blog or something like that.
