    Hello,
    I am having issues trying to customize or even log into the admin page. Is there a customer service number or email that I may reach out to.

    Hello! If you have a paid plan, you can have your questions directly answered by the WordPress.com staff, otherwise, you can ask here on the forum.

    You can log in to your admin area through your WordPress.com dashboard, or by adding /wp-admin at the end of the domain, in the navigation bar of your browser.

    Example: example.com/wp-admin

    If this does not solve your issue, let us know!

    Hi there!

    I don’t see any paid subscriptions under your account. What is the address of the site you’re trying to access?

    If it’s about rangermercinsider.com, you’ll want to contact Bluehost to resolve any issue with that domain.
    The site is hosted with them as well; it’s only connected to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
