  I already purchased a wordpress plan on Domain.com… but I can’t use the basic features on word press! I’m honestly lost and looking for any help at all.

  Do you already have a site hosted with them as well? If you do, then you need to seek help in the official WordPress.orc support forums:

  If you plan on hosting your site on our platform (WordPress.com), then you can either transfer your domain here or keep it with Domain.com and point it here. More information can be found here:
