    Hi @fajludeen,

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Alchemy Communications Hosting.

    This forum, only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by WordPress.com. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can also ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

    Usually all premium themes comes with some kind of documentation. You may want to check their documentation on how to upload and use the theme.
