I also can't see the plugin tab in my blog. And don't know why. Can anybody help

  I also can’t see the plugin tab in my blog. And don’t know why. I want to upload some plugins but, without the correct tab, there’s no way.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Plugins are not available on WordPress.com sites. You can read more about what is possible in the support documents.
