  I cant buy the mood theme directly.
  I have a blog : sandraluzeden.com , with wordpress, and I want to put this theme.
  If I want to buy it, I can’t.
  Why?

  Mood is a Premium theme available only to WordPress.com sites and blogs. Your site, http://sandraluzeden.com, is not hosted by WordPress.com and therefor, not eligible for purchase.

  Yes. Your blog is WordPress but it is not hosted by WordPress.com. While both blogging platforms share similarities, there are differences. The Mood theme being only available to those users being hosted by WordPress.com is one of those distinctions.
