  Do you see a purchase on the purchases page here? If you do not, you might be logged into a different account.

  Don’t assume I have got answered. I did not get answered to my satisfaction yet. Please DO NOT block someone who is further trying to help.
  I am asking any body to help. At this stage I just want to cancel my payment and try an alternative.

  The best way to get help is keeping everything in just 1 thread; creating multiple duplicate threads makes it much more difficult.
