  Understand where to start…. is there a good video? I am trying but I think I am doing things without my understanding… like picking a theme… I would also like to know even if I like the theme where, how, do I customize it for my own needs.

  Also part of the reason I was attracted to the theme (I apparently can’t change) was due to the different personality photos showcased. I do want to make sure those are license free.

  Aloha susanwhatsmyhomeworthnoworg, It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  If you still have questions after that, I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar questions. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
