I am a newby trying to get a Premium Theme

I was trying to change a free theme to a Premium theme and purchased it 2 already but didn’t receive notification of it or info on how to get it and place it on the site. Waiting for my credit card bill to find out how I managed to pay twice for something I didn’t receive. Thanks so much.

In time Staff will resolve this. if you subscribe to the RSS Feed in the sidebar of this thread you will receive notification when Staff have resolved it.

What do you mean it is all fixed up??? I have paid twice for a product that I never did receive.

Check again on your dashboard and in the Store page to see if you have been charged/refunded.

I checked and found nothing. I tried buying it for a 3rd time and still show nothing. Maybe it is my stupidity and lack of knowledge on this.

You haven’t been charged yet, the whole process is failing before it gets to that point.
This appears to be a new issue, and we’re looking into it.

Ok, please try purchasing again. If it doesn’t work via your desired purchase location this time, purchasing via the theme’s listing at http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/premium/ has definitely been fixed, so try that.

The listing on the site is how I have done it every time. I have done it the fourth time now and didn’t receive any type of email. I pay through PayPal.

dominicandesigns, thank you very much for your persistence! We found a few bugs related to purchasing premium themes via credit card, and those have all been fixed and tested. However, PayPal payments weren’t checked before and it appears there’s still a bug lurking. I’m checking into it now, and we’ll report back as soon as we have fixed and tested the issue.
