I am sent to the forums by your bot repeatedly. But I am a longstanding premium package client. I have an issue that has resulted from trialing the business package. Coming back to premium after trialing has resulted in a staging url which I didn’t have anything to do with. I need a human to correct what has happened to my website since trialing the upgrade for a short time.

When you downgrade, you loose all features of the paid plan you were on. You just have to wait untill a Staff member is available.
