I am a Premium subscriber – where is my ‘Fast Support from’ your expert team?

    I have been asking for help for days and the only ‘contact’ I have received was 36 hours ago from an automated bot. Is this considered Fast Support?

    I want to totally reset my site and replace demo theme content. If anyone could please help with this I’d appreciate it. I have done the reset, but the Themes now come up blank with nothing – or very little – to replace.

    @Wordpress, please improve your customer service – this is awful.
