    I am a teacher who teaches four sections of Principles of Arts AV media per day. I have all classes now building a free WordPress site for themselves. We are strangely getting an error message that states:
    ‘Limit reached. You can try again in 30mins. Trying again before that will only increase the time you have to wait before the ban in lifted. If you think this is an error, contact support.’ I’m unsure how to contact support or fix this problem, CAN SOMEONE HELP?

    This can happen when you are creating multiple (too many as far as the software is concerned)
    sites from the same IP address. I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff can assist you.

    @cindijogarrett, @themagicrobot is correct. The easiest workaround is to have your students create the new sites as homework, then working on the sites in class, but if that isn’t doable you can get in touch with us in advance so we can watch for you.

    Are your students trying to create sites right now?

    Actually I’ll reach out via email for more details. But yeah, in general:

    – have them create sites at home

    – if that is not possible, talk to us before that class day
