I am about to close multiple Jetpack Accounts due to poor customer service

I have multiple paid Jetpack products. Jetpack has misassigned them between my company accounts. I am ready to close all of my Jetpack accounts and send Jetpack to my legal counsel. I will try this one more time. Jetpack needs to contact me, today, through the correct messaging associated with this account, and let me know how to get in touch with a person directly who can fix this issue.

I have not received an update on this request. I feel like I have no choice but to proceed with closing Jetpack accounts on 5 sites that I manage. I’ve been trying to straighten out this issue for 2 months now with no help from WordPress or Jetpack customer service. Your system is forcing me to use this forum as it says “only paid Jetpack plans have direct customer service.” I have paid plans. This is completely unacceptable. I’m going to close our accounts and seek a refund for any funds paid directly or through our hosting providers plus possibly compensation for lost time if this isn’t resolved by end of business on 11/25. This is affecting multiple companies.

And just to be clear as to why I am at this point with WordPress/Jetpack…..this issue has been going on for 6 months, I personally have been trying to resolve it for 2 months, and the Jetpack system keeps telling me that I need to speak to a person, won’t let me speak to a person, and then sends my customer service posts here. I have multiple emails from WordPress/Jetpack where they ask a question, the question is answered, and nothing is done to resolve the problem. I’ve paid for a service and I expect customer service of some sort. There’s a reason people abandon WordPress and I’m seeing why. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
