    Hello, I am Adele Carles and my staff set up my website in 2009. The email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and its no longer current. I don’t have the password.
    I need access to my site and I can provide you with ID documents like my birth certificate and passport. Please help me to reset it with my new email [email redacted] so that I can reset my password and start blogging on it again. I am happy to pay a fee to get this up and running again.     If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.

    We’re only able to accept the verification info mentioned on that page. We did not require you to provide your birth certificate or passport when you created the account, so those documents also cannot be used to verify your ownership of the account.
