I am an administrator for my shared blog, but I cannot find an admin bar.

  I am an administrator for my shared blog but I don’t see an Admin bar when I log in

  Admin Bar is visible only in the Dashboard.

  Log in to WordPress.com
  Click on My Sites on the upper left hand corner of the page.
  Click on the Dashboard corresponding to your site.

  You should be able to see the Admin Bar in your Dashboard.

  Please update if you still can’t see the Admin Bar.
