I am attempting to cancel and refund a domain I mapped

  I mapped a domain to one of my word press sites and was trying to cancel and refund it in the my upgrades page. Every time I click the Cancel and refund button it brings up an empty pop up with not contents inside. I am looking for someone in the staff to cancel it or find out what is wrong on my end.

  Just to verify, are you looking to cancel and refund the domain mapping for talantedgames.com? If so, I can take care of that for you.

  @bronweneas,

  What are you looking to cancel and refund? You have a domain registration and a premium theme. The domain is unfortunately not eligible for refund as it is past the 48 hour window for refunds for domains. Your theme however is still eligible for a refund as it is still within the 30 day refund period for all other products.

  Let me know if you would like me to cancel and refund your purchase.
