Hi, I’m being automatically billed and can’t cancel. Tried contacting you before. My account doesn’t show any subscription but I keep getting billed on my card. Please help me:

The charges aren’t connected to the user account that you have contacted us from. You’ll be able to manage these upgrades via wordpress.com/me/account/ when signed in to the account that owns them.

Hi everyone, thanks for the answers! Problem is, I cancelled that account and can’t log in. As I remembered I canceled the payment, than the account, but now it keeps charging me and I can’t cancel it because I can’t login to an account that doesn’t exist. Do you guys know how I can solve this?

In order to cancel an account you need to remove all the upgrades first. Are you certain that the charge is coming from WordPress.com?

Yes, I’m sure. I’m being charged, got a receipt from WordPress on an account that was canceled and it shows WPCHRG on my card. there aren’t upgrades or any billing on this account, since the old account was removed I can’t use that link.
