    I am being billed for a domain that is not under my control.

    the domain is williamaramony.com. My brother owns the website for this URL and has been billed for it every year, but I am being billed for the domain.

    Thanks for clarifying. You would need to contact your brother and ask him to update the payment details for the domain purchase under their account to remove your PayPal account:

    Otherwise, your only recourse is to follow the account recovery process to prove you own the domain upgrade, then Support can help you remove your payment details.

    If you want a refund, that would cancel the domain registration and the website would no longer work, so you should let your brother know and hopefully he can repay you for this year’s registration renewal and take over payments for future renewals.

    If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    Oh phew. Thank you. I really don’t think he has my paypal payment info in his account. He is receiving separate receipts, and the domain receipt is coming to me. Hopefully, billing can help. Thanks!

    Yeah, he’s getting the transaction receipts from us when things renew, but you’re receiving the transaction emails from PayPal.

    They should be able to get you sorted!
