I am being charged (auto renewed on Paypal) each year but not shown in my 'Managed Purchaces&#0

  How do I contact a real WordPress person as I am being charged $13 per annum but it does not show in my account under ‘Manage Purchaces’. When I click on ‘Manage Purchaces’ it shows just a message asking if I want to ‘Upgrade’ but no option to cancel the ‘auto renew’ which is Definitely being taken from my Paypal account. How do I contact WordPress? I have been going around in circles with so called ‘support’, ‘help’ etc … always ending up here at the Forum … Please tell me how to actually contact WordPress so they fix my account – many thanks folks!

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.

  Thanks Hallluke and rootjosh – I am paying for a friend’s domain redirection, but had forgotten … I can now sort it our. Thanks for the link rootjosh. All ok now.
