  I cant contact anyone in wordpress and need to cancel a subscription i havent got and i am being charged with, how can i do this=?

  Sure thing, I can help you with that. Looking at the account that you’ve used here though, I can see there aren’t any upgrades or renewals charged to it.

  Do you know the URL or site which you’re getting billed for? With that info we can find the correct account.

  No I dont have that info, its not correlated to my email address either, I am really confused.

  would it be possible please to cancel this and get a refund on my bank account? I havent used this for 5 years at least…

  Sure, we can work with you on that. We just need to get you logged into the correct account first.

  You gave a reference from your bank statement. It wasn’t quite the one we were looking for, but there should be another ID that’s a mix of letters and numbers. Could you find that, then use that in the account recovery form mentioned here? https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  You’ll want to include the site name as well. And if you have any trouble with that, let us know; we’ll reach out over email to get it then forward it to the account recovery team.

  Supernovia thanks for your message, yes, the site is trendstyleme.com, last post 2015… it has been actually 5 years and I didnt realise to be honest, thought I had cancelled it years ago? Anyway, it is linked ot a Pay Pal account.

  Maybe my email was (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

  Would it be possible to close this account and get the payment for 2020 back? its 15 pounds
