I cancelled my €18.00 per month plan last year and deleted all the data from my account for that website. I have recently been charged on my credit card for €18.00. I would just like my refund and for the website in question (lukekevinmclaughlin.wordpress.com) to be deleted from wordpress. I was not notified of anything either.

Also for some reason you still have my payment for my old credit card which is being used, even though i deleted that method (ending in 8676). Please see to it that that payment method is “really” deleted.

My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No this is new, I was charged again just today for a website plan which was supposed to be cancelled months ago. Please cancel this plan as I do not even have the option to cancel this plan on my account settings and also, there isnt even a record of these payments in my account transactions. Please sort this out.

Please only cancel this plan and refund me the 21.42 Euros

Thank you, I await your confirmation.

Also somehow you still have my old payment method (ending in 8676) which is supposed to be deleted from your records!

Please also make sure this payment method is really deleted!

    Thank you

    Hi there!

I redacted the screenshot of the receipt since it contains personal information. However, it helped me locate the account you’re referring to, and I found that the site and the subscriptions are both active, as you can see by clicking here.

You’re being charged a monthly fee because the subscription is not yet canceled. Do you have access to the other account where you purchased this plan? If yes, you can log into that account and click here to cancel the subscription and get a refund (the refund period is 7 days for the monthly plan).

If you don’t have access to the other account and would like us to cancel it, please confirm my replying here.

I also noticed you have a WordPress.com Creator plan with the domain biotechnologyreviews.com on this @lukekevinmclaughlin account. I assume you want to keep it active?

Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.
