    Hi there, I do not see any WordPress.com websites under this account you are posting from.

    If the product you mentioned was purchased through WooCommerce under the WPcom Business Plan, or if your website is running the open source WordPress software on your own web hosting with a paid WooCommerce extension, you can log in and open a ticket here> https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Hi @jackycheung3095, I agree with @justjennifer — it almost sounds like you’re referring to a WooCommerce extension. I can’t manage those on my end.
